I like the DVD you mentioned. But as an earlier poster said, the most effective approach to improving your overall fitness is to combine cardio with strength training and flexibility training. I suggest cardio one day, strength training another day, and do so 5 to 6 days a week. Put flexibility training in every day for a few minutes after your workouts. You'll see results if you stick with it!

If you are out of shape and hoping to get into better shape by this wedding, any and all exercise you do will be effective! Just keep it up!

First, define "out of shape." Are you at a healthy weight and looking to build strength or do you need to lose weight while getting fit?
The cardio blast DVD is good for what it says: cardio. If you need to build strength and/or drop pounds, you also need to add strength training and monitor your food intake along with the cardio.

hi has any one tried coach nicole cardio blast dvd. is it effective?. as i am out of shape and my brothers marriage in feb . any suggestions
