So I survived breast cancer surgeries and chemo but didn't realize how much my body would be effected weight wise. I've gained weight from steroids during chemo then from eating after chemo because food tasted so good. Chemo kills taste during treatment. Also, I have to take an estrogen blocker which has put me into menopause so my metabolism has changed. I'm not complaining because I am so grateful to be alive and my experience though difficult has deepened my relationships with family and friends. I'm making a goal to message daily because people are important and you all share in a common goal to lose weight and achieve a healthier eating lifestyle. Thanks for letting me share in your journey.
