One of the best things you can do is to eat clean and to add some serious strength training. The more muscles you have, the more your metabolism will be fired up even when your body is at rest. Based on what I've learned, the key to successful fat loss seems to be in this order: proper nutrition, weight training, and cardio. The weight will come off. emoticon

The exercises you do don't really matter when it comes to weight loss; they're important, don't get me wrong (although doing crunches will not give you a flat belly). What matters is the food you eat. Track your food and fitness, and make sure your fitness and nutrition goals are properly set. You'll lose weight.
