I agree with the previous poster. It's not a good idea to eat under your recommended calorie range, so work on boosting that up to at least the minimum that SP suggests.

If you want to exercise more, I think you should. But you said you're under your minimum, sometimes by a few hundred, which isn't always good. Your body needs at least 1,200 calories, so if you find that you're consistently under, eat a little extra here and there. If you're not hungry by the end of the day and you still have to eat a little more to reach your minimum, have something like half a serving of nuts or a tablespoon of peanut butter, which are both small portions but will help you get in your calories.

Ahhh ok good advice. My goal is only 10 pounds by like July 1st. lol My calorie intake is 1200 to 1550 per day. I am usually under that (sometimes by a few hundred) and my burn is only 310. Still also trying to figure out the differential report thing too. lol

If you start to significantly exceed your calories burned goal (by a few hundred calories or more), then I'd recommend adjusting your goal to reflect the amount of exercise you're doing. You don't have to stop for the week if you still want to exercise, you just want to make sure your goal reflects what you're doing.

Is it ok to burn off more calories that what this site tells me? I have already met my goal and gone over by 33. Says I should have burned 310 calories this week, and I burned 343.Or should I take the rest of the week off from exercise
