Just trying to figure out what a meal plan would look like?
My practitioner suggested that I eat as soon as I get up. She also suggested that I eat small portions throughout the day. She said I should move towards 9 cups of veggies w/ some of that being fruits. -- I have yet to get past 6 servings of fruits/veggies.
