It seems like I do really well for a week(maybe 2) and I just lose my mind. I will go off in a really bad way for an entire week and wonder why I gained weight. It's not like I want to shoot myself in the foot, but that is exactly what I am doing. I am back on track this week for the 4th time since I started in Jan.(also for the 4th time). I guess the trick is to keep getting back on track and eventually it will become a habit that I can live with.
