make sure to stretch leg mucles alot. I had same problem and legs cramped

My arm is in a sling for about 3 weeks. Shoulder damage. Any suggestions on exercises I can do? I am walking 3 times a day on treadmill but would like to do some strength training also just can not use arm. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.
