Hi I was wondering if anyone can help i have soy and milk allergies and I'm not big fan of peanut butter ? They are suggest a lot in my food ? I trying to embrace change but I do not want to have hives that is what happen when I eat soy ,and milk ,I'm lactose intolerant.
