if you are just guesstimating, you can use the manually enter foods.
if you want to not fully enter the recipe, you don't have to. enter in the ingredients individually, where it asks you to type the recipe just enter a single keystroke so that there is something there, and be kind and don't share with the rest of us.

I wish they had a way to just put the info in without the recipe. Sometimes, if I eat with friends, I choose to take an educated guess without asking for recipe and amounts, etc. I would like to be able to just add the calories.

Use the SP recipe calculator to enter the ingredients, # of servings and "click" will have the nturients per serving. You can save all this for future entries too.

Click above on Healthy Lifestyles;
Click on recipe calculator at the top of the page.

Hope this helps

I know how to add new foods when I can copy their stats from the bod or package. However, If I make french toast with wheat bread how can I add it with no stats?
