I LOVE Motion Traxx!!!!!!!!!! I found them through Fitness Magazine, and I do their Bikini Body and Drop a Jean size workouts regularly, switching them up depending on time. I also subscribed to their free podcast, available on iTunes (free again) and put them in my MP3 player AND my iPhone along with 20 Minute Yoga Downloads free podcast for 20 minute yoga to do immediately after a walk/run/ride. That gives me about 50-60 minutes of exercise, which reminds me it's time to hit the bike-seeya!!!!

We have talked here on Your QuickFire Challenge about how we are "Visual Creatures" and how pictures can motivate. We are also auditory and know how music can motivate us to move, long past the point we would like to quit! It is So important to find those tools that motivate and add them to your Business. The most important Business you have- Your Health.

We would like to Challenge you further here on Your QuickFire Challenge to create your own Fitness Playlist(s). There are several on-line sites you can do this, or even make your own at home, any way you chose. If you like, you can share them here in order to "Spark" someone else with a tune they may have not thought of - or may have forgotten. You can share a link to a site - or simply list those songs that are in your repertoire.

Go ahead and "Play it Forward"!

We have set up a separate link to our Message Board in which you are welcome to share your list!

Let's Get It Started"!

A "Must Have" for working out is iPod! My Playlists are Random and I change them up often!

I listen to mostly hip-hop/dance when I work out. No-one in my house can stand it so I have to keep it on the 'down low' and safely hidden away in my Pod!

Think: Timbaland, Timberlake...Anything having to do with falling lumber. Though I did throw in some of the local flavor (Nashville, TN). This is a current one that I am working out to for Cardio & Strength Training. Not sure if this link works correctly- does not seem to show the exact songs.

Workout Plan: Kanye West
Brick House: The Commodores
Single Ladies: Beyoncé
Let's Get It Started: Black Eyed Peas
Super Freak: Rick James
Wake Up Call: Maroon 5
Hot in Here: Nelly
We Will Rock You: Queen
Get Ur Freak On: Missy Elliott
Billie Jean: Michael Jackson
I Know You Want Me: [More English] Pitbull
Unbelievable: EMF
In the End: Linkin Park
Pump It: Black Eyed Peas
Gonna Make You Sweat: C+C Music Factory
Where Is the Love?: Black Eyed Peas & Justin Timberlake
Remember the Name: Fort Minor
Before He Cheats: Carrie Underwood
Lose Yourself: Eminem
Give It to Me Baby: Rick James
Dead and Gone: (Justin Timberlake)T.I.
Last Name: Carrie Underwood
I Run for Life: Melissa Etheridge

I also use Podcasts on occasion:

*The Nutrition Diva's Quick and Dirty Tips

*Motion Traxx

*Inside Out Weight Loss

*Meditation Station

*Podcasts for Running

*20 min. Yoga Sessions

I get these via iTunes, only you can still get most by going to their websites. All the above are free!

I also use several iPod Apps that are Fitness Related! All are tools for my Business of Health! Including SparkPeople!

As Wendy said ~ There is More To Come! Looking forward to getting ideas from others!

Here is where QuickFire Challengers will post Your Music Fitness Mixes (PlayList)!

Several Ways To Do This:

emoticon List Your Songs

emoticon Link to Your On-Line List (i.e. iTunes)

emoticon Post a related PodCast that may be motivating to others

These can be anything you like that has to do with Fitness. Fast for Cardio, Tough for Strength, or Zen for Yoga/Palates. You can post a related Fitness Podcast that we can add to our tools.

The Important Thing is To Put It Out There! Motivate Others & Motivate Yourself!
