At 50 I decided to get outside my comfort zone and take a yoga class at the local Golds Gym, yada, yada,yada, almost 2 years later, I'm teaching yoga in Afghanistan.
Became hooked on Hot Yoga before I came over here.
Guess you could call me a yoga fien.
No matter what you do or what your 'sport', yoga makes you better at it.

Love love love yoga! I've taken classes and am starting another one next week. I can't wait! I also have about 15 dvd's that i rotate as the mood hits me.... there are also a few online sites with free video... check out the Yoga Lovers Spark team, they have lots of great info. Namaste, Marianne

I love yoga! I should actually do it more often - right now, I'm doing hot yoga (I bought a Groupon for a local gym that offers classes) and I'm totally digging that, too! You definitely sweat alot, but I feel so refreshed and detoxed after.
