I joined Charter Fitness today!! I've been working out on a Wii Fit for over a month now and losing motivation because I'm bored. Now I can spend my lunch breaks, at least three days a week, doing something different!
I also started a different position (no promotion) at work today so I feel like I've had a fresh start there too!
I made the most delicious salad at the local grocery store (there's a salad bar) for lunch today and resisted the left over valentine snacks at work. So proud!
AND two coworkers asked if I've lost weight!! People are noticing!
