Yeah... get your diet under control. You cannot outwork a bad diet, and 80% of weight loss is what you eat.

Hi all, I started SparkPeople in October of 2012 and i lost 2 pounds and just stopped, for some reason. Now I gained back the 2. and then 5. I've been exercising and trying to eat right but now I'm back to 167. This is really frustrating and discouraging. I feel like I'm doing what I'm supposed to do but it's backfiring. Any tips? Thanks.
