Bluehorse - go to counseling. I had an issue where I needed to seek help. I didn't want to you, I felt like I didn't need to go, I didn't want to be bothered with counseling, I didn't want to be a bother to anyone, I didn't trust a counselor.

Well, I finally went. Once I was there I realized that I NEEDED to be there. I was able to get some things out and my counselor and I realized that I needed additional (more specialized) help.

If I didn't go to that counselor, I don't think that I'd be alive today. Honest.

Sometimes you have to do things that you don't want to do ... or feel that you need to do .... Go to the college counseling center today. Please.

All I've got to say is that years ago when I was in college, I really needed to go to counseling for a long time, before I finally broke down and did it. Then I was truly sorry I had put it off as long as I did. It was extremely helpful and after I graduated, I was sorry I no longer had access to the free service.

Thank you you two. I appreciate the advice that both of you have been giving me regarding my countless posts. I know they all seem to revolve around the same subject. I guess tomorrow I will go in after my class and give counseling a shot - as much as I don't want to.

I have been following many of your posts, providing input and giving suggestions.
You have shared your height as 5'4" in previous posts, and your concern that you may have an eating disorder.

As you know, this site, our members, and our experts are not trained in the treatment of eating disorders. I have suggested that you make an appointment with the counseling center at your college. I know that this makes you a little anxious. But trust is your best option. The counseling center at your college helps young men and women with many situations, and I know they will be familiar with the treatment of eating issues as well. They will help you to deal with the stress and anxious feelings you are having. Please make an appointment. You will feel so much better.

You are going to receive very similar replies for this question because none of us are qualified to offer advice or counselling on eating disorders. It is pretty clear your weight goal is unrealistic and would put you at an unhealthy weight. I would not advise losing more weight than your current weight.

I would highly recommend seeking counselling from an eating disorder crisis centre or counsellor.

So a little back story about me. I've lost a lot of weight on my own through clean eating and exercise. Unfortunately three months ago I was only eating 1,000 calories. I suppose now it's beginning to catch up on me. I went into see a Dietician and she said that I was greatly depriving myself and that I should be having 1,800 calories. The past three weeks I've managed to do that and it has helped. However, I'm still finding myself hungry at times and I suppose that I have acquired an eating disorder or two. I eat breakfast and then I don't eat again until the night time because I feel like I won't have enough food into the evening. As far as exercise I lift weights for a half hour each day, I bike ride for an hour, and I stretch for 10 minutes. I do these method every day. It seems that 1,800 calories doesn't seem to be fueling me... As far as my eating I cook all of my food at home, and I don't use much seasoning. I try to avoid a lot of sodium and I drink plenty of water each day.

I am 115 lbs right now and my goal is to get down to 100 lbs but I am beginning to look a little anorexic.
