I put ice in my wine & sip it slowly. It keeps it cold and dilutes it. I allow for a glass of wine most nights.

Just make sure you measure you wine in a shot glass or something first so it's not a "wine glass" glass, lol.

That sounds very refreshing, I'm gonna have to try it. Thanks!

Orange flavored vodka with soda water and an orange slice. Slightly sweet, but not too much.

I have often read that for a typical adult one-two beers or one-two glasses of wine daily can actually be healthy. I don't know that I have ever read that drinking hard alc. is healthy, though.

So enjoy your wine.

There are nights I leave room for a glass or wine (or two) in my calorie range.

I buy Franzia Chianti and it is 95 calories per 5oz.

Yes, have your 4 oz. glass of wine, but make sure you log it in your nutrition tracker.

I sometimes have a glass of wine with dinner or a beer, maybe two. I hope you found something to savor and enjoy.

I like a few glasses of wine on occasion too. I'll usually plan for it to fit into my calorie range. So far, it works for me. :-)

I know what you mean! On the weekend, I love to have a drink or a glass of wine to unwind. Wine is pretty low calorie, even for a couple glasses. Maybe sneak in an extra little workout to burn off at least half the calories? I try to do this now and see the wine as my treat.

Can you maybe have one drink and finish it slowly? Wine is fairly low-calorie- a glass shouldn't be too tough to fit in your meal plan (about 100 calories).
