The above link shows the four stages that one would go through. In the early years at SparkPeople, there were visible stages to move through. Now it is done without "moving" into a new stage.

you can move on to stage 2 if you would like...i have been here for years and still do the fastbreak goals, and often move back to stage one and start over..makes everything fresh again and is a great boost!

I've been on SP and doing well for a couple of months now, doing well, but haven't really stopped tracking thr three fastbreak goals I set at the start (track calories, go to gym), or noticably moved to a different stage. What should I be doing now?
