Maybe a turkey or ham sandwhich with some zesty mustard, or chiptole mayo.

I like Pita chips with mine, then i can dunk them!

Salad - Southwest style!

Now I'm hungry! Tortilla soup sounds bomb!

I usually make quesadillas when I make chicken tortilla soup. Delicious!

You can have a peace of steak, chicken or fish just grilled in the stove and a fresh salad to go with it.

How about a black bean salad? Open a can of black beans, add chopped onion, some cilantro, chopped tomatoes (or just some salsa)... filling and healthy!

Do you have chicken already in the soup? If not, grill a couple of chicken breasts, chop or shred them, and add to the soup. Or, if you want it to be easier, buy a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and do the same.

If you already have chicken in the soup, have a salad or sandwich on the side. Grilled cheese goes with pretty much everything!

Well you could always serve enchiladas or chicken fajitas or quesadillas. Not "traditional" sandwichs, but pairs well with the soup. Or you could use the fajita meat in a crusty roll as a sandwich with onions and peppers.

Morning all. Tonight we are having Tortilla Soup for dinner. My DH thinks we need something to go with it, he doesn't think it will fill him up. Any thoughts? He said sandwich, but what kind. Tuna and tortilla soup doesn't sound great to me. Thanks and have a great day.
