What I do in this situation (especially if I've met my nutrient requirements) is just eat something very light - probably a salad with a SMALL amount of protein included, very low cal stuff, to keep calories at a minimum since I'm already over.
I can't NOT eat because then I get overly hungry, which can result in disaster!!!
I ran out of my daily caloric intake after a late lunch. I am in check with all the nutrient breakdown. So now what do I eat or do when I get hungry later tonight? I have some ideas but would love to read what others have done. Thanks!
