M goal weight is 129 lbs. and I am 5 lbs. below that. I am 5' tall or short depending how you look at it.

I'm 5'2" and my initial goal weight is 150 pounds. I feel healthy at that weight, even though I'm "technically" still overweight. Once I get closer to that weight, I may decide to lower my goal, but if I can reach 150 and maintain it, I'll be thrilled.

Just over 5ft 5 and my final goal is 150. I have a loooooong way to go, but I feel confident I can get there.

But right now my goal is onederland by August. I set smaller goals so i keep momentum. First was 18lbs, then I marked the first 10% as a milestone and now, just to get to the 100's. :D

I need one pound by the time I hit 30. it's so elusive! :D I can't wait till next week. :D

I made it to goal. I am five feet and three inches tall, 125 pounds. And I am not model thin. Now I am just working on exercise.

One has to take into account their frame. My excess fat accumulates on my belly and so at 150 pounds I was technically obese. There is another poster on here and their tracker says they are at 150 and they look fantastic.

So someone with a different frame or their fat accumulates differently, may not have that problem.

I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is 120lbs. Though, as I rapidly approach 40, I'm not sure how attainable that is. I got down to 129lbs about 3 years ago, and that was a pretty good weight as I have a fairly large frame and big boobs. I guess I'm going to just need to re-address it the closer that I get to goal, which as you can see from my tracker is still a long way off emoticon

5'6"-ish and maintaining around 140lbs. I carry a bit of muscle, though I have slacked some on ST since hitting goal earlier this year as I've been focusing more on running (planning a half late this year). Trying to make sure that I do two quality ST workouts per week. And the running keeps my killer quads and calves.

@ Exotic - I think when people look up recommended weights for their age - they don't realize that people have different frames.

My gf and I are the same height, but 20 pounds more look better on her. She's "bigger boned" than me. emoticon

And obviously, people who are more muscular will weigh more. I read this really great blog piece from a female who weighs 140 something...but she is totally ripped!!

I'm 5'1", and I'm thinking something in the 130-150 range would be appropriate for me. I actually sort of like some curves on women. If you look at published weights, they say less than 120 for my height (maybe around 100?)... but that doesn't feel right to me. I don't want to be a model! I just want better health.

I'm just under 5'6, and my first major goal to be is around 170 pounds. After reading a spark people article, I know I shouldn't be less than around 140 pounds ultimately. So if I want to lose more weight after hitting the first major goal, I will know not to lose more than thirty more pounds. Right now I would just like to be healthier and smaller and know it's going to be a long and eventful road before I even reach 170, so just trying to enjoy the journey each day.

I'm 5' 3 1/2" and my goal is 120 (+ or - two pounds) as this was set when I was in Weightwatchers. I currently weigh about 118. I weighed 160 when I was a senior in high school and 170 by a year later when I was 19, and married my first husband.

My highest non-pregnant weight was right around 200 lbs about 25.5 years ago.

I wish I had pictures of myself that big because a lot of people find it hard to believe I was that big. It should also be noted that I had three children, and the third one was 9 lbs. 5 oz!
