Finding Asa Andrew MD's diet in the Empowering your Health book - it is really helping with my lymph issues and added benefit of a normal immune system, no anemia as I have been plagued with since cancer therapy's) no arthritis or fibermyalgia pain! No symptoms of allergy for the 1st time in 35 years! A weight moving toward normal limits and I feel energetic!

My wow moment occured a day ago when after a week of beginning my exercise regime after a long absence and pushing myself to exercise every day no matter what excuses I tried to make to avoid it....I found myself getting exicted and looking forward to exercise after work! The old thrill of a good sweat has come back to me!

Wearing a size 18 for the first time since I was 18 (I'm 30 now)

Buying two pair of summer pants on mother's day in a size 10. I have not worn a size 10 in over 20 years!! I was just standing in the dressing room staring at myself. A look of shock on my face. I wanted to run out into the store and tell someone....anyone!!! "Hello, cashier, I'm a size 10 now"!!!

Every day when I review my nutrition and fitness trackers and realize I'm really doing this-- and on a consistent basis! When I want a double WOW I take a look at my calendar. I had a small wow today when I suddenly realized that three weeks of exercise has noticably improved my posture.

My WOW moment is when I complete a fitness activity. Especially when I am in a slump, or my day is so hectic, but I go & do it. Example I thought I would have never walked 4 miles this evening because of the kind of day I had at work & with a family member ( & no not my husband ) that was trying to give me a guilt trip. Judy
