did you eat more for the added expenditures yesterday? if you didn't it's fine to take those calories today. some of us are hungrier the day after exercise and that's fine. if you often do those sorts of bursts of activity it might be better for you to look at your weekly averages rather than the dailies. if you're in your ranges on average for the week [and you aren't, say eating 200 cals one day to balance out a 2400 cal day at 1300 cals], don't sweat being a little over or under each day.

hi... yesterday I power house on cardio... 1st I cleaned my house for 1.5 hrs... heavy stuff like walls, floors were washed, vacuumed and rearranged a room... than I gardened for 1.5 hours.... weeding making new planting area, watering etc.... so when i put all my exercise & food in I have a large deficit btwn the 2
today I am very hungry but am afraid to exceed my planned intake d/t no exercise planned.. any input appreciated
