I Love almond milk--the vanilla unsweetened is only 40 calories a cup. I buy a case of it at Costco and use it in cereal, coffee, etc. Yum!

I make my own. cheaper than the ones on the shelf. I can make all sorts of nutmilks. They are truly awesome. The ones I make I put in my coffee and don't get the oily residue since they are not processed in any way.

I love dark chocolate almond milk. It's so good. Not a huge fan of the regular almond milk though. I would say give it a try and see if you like it.

love, love, love almond milk! I don't put it in coffee or tea, so I can't say whether or not it's good?

Almond milk is a great choice for those who are lactose intolerant, I'm not, but like to weaken my candida. So AM looks like a good choice for me. Look into the ingredients. Corn, fructose, sugar or soya added into it in any form is not good. I love choosing organic as much as possible.

I like it, but won't buy often due to lack of nutrients.

I love it with cereal and in soups- good sub for evaporated milk, but not in coffee.

I love the taste and creaminess - but I switched back to 2% milk for the nutritional benefit.
I tried using it to make macaroni and cheese once...not good.

Don't rely on almond milk for protein, it only contains 1 gram/serving.
If you use it, make sure it is fortified with calcium and vitamin D.
This SP article gives more on the topic and includes a comparison chart.

I do like it, but you will notice the difference in coffee. Kind of oily.

I tried to switch to almond milk for moral issues, but I found it wasn't comparable to cow's milk. A lot of people told me to keep trying it and eventually I would get used to it though.

I like almond milk better than regular milk. I have never been a milk drinker.

I drink almond milk because I like the taste and I'm allergic to cow milk protein. I use it as a substitute in everything - cooking, baking, coffee. The one thing I can't stand it in though is tea. For that I still need a little cow's milk. Almond milk's consistency is thinner than cow's milk but it tastes good (especially an unsweetened variety). Just give it a chance if you do decide to try it and don't expect it to be the same as cow milk.

I drink original almond milk because i am lactose intollerant,i like it cold by itself or on top of cereal,i haven't tried it in any recipe but since doesn't have any cream i am sure it will be a little bit different

i like almond milk. i would say that it is noticeably different than 1% cow, but i also can't stand the taste of 1% cow. i'm not sure about being able to taste it in coffee or tea, do you really put enough in to be able to taste it in the first place?

They've just started advertising almond milk here in the U.K. It may have been around for years, but I'd not heard of it before. Someone said it's low calorie? What does it taste like?- will I notice if I put it in coffee or tea instead of using 1% cows' milk?
