I either listen to the music playing in the gym, listen to the music I have on my phone or when I'm on the treadmill and there is something interesting on TV, I'll watch a show.

I like the fact that when a person is passionate about something that they can get so drawn into that, that time can literally fly by. Sometimes working out can be hard and speaking for myself restarting again can be rough, until you get into that routine. Pedal to the metal!

Sometimes the music at the gym is really loud. When I remember I take my favourite praise and worship music - but, you have to bear in mind, I'm not capable of the high energy workouts that people 40 years younger are doing, so praise and worship music is fine for walking at 3.4 mph on the treadmill!

I am a huge Girlie Girl. I listen to Lady Gaga, Katy Petty, Brittney Spears, Etc. But when I work out I work out Angry...LOL. Music of choice Foo Fighters, Eminem, Metallica, Etc. Okay Little strange but it works for me
