I put a whole wheat tortilla (cut up) in the oven on broil for about 2 minutes til it was crisp. Then I put peanut butter on it and took it for a snack. I need to get my calories up to my minimum and the PB really helps with that. You can pair the crisp tortilla with salsa, hummus, cheese, anything really..
Ok!!! I have got an awesome snack that will please most everyone! You just have to try it if you haven't already. Ok, wheat thins reduced fat has 4 grams of fat and 130 calories...may seem like a lot but that is for 16 crackers!!! Most I looked at in the store were around 3 or 4 grams of fat for 5 or 6 crackers! ok....wondering why I am getting all excited about crackers? lol WELL! There is this creamy cheese spread by laughing cow that is low in fat and calories and you get a whole wedge for 16 crackers which works out perfectly! Plus the original creamy swiss only has 50 calories for a wedge. Try it guy and indulge in a great snack.

2 bananas today and one cup of strawberries.
Before this week I was snacking on 100 calorie packs of chips/crackers/cookies and I decided this week to cut them out...I thought it would be hard but it isn't, the fruit is good and filling. I feel better about it.
I can't imagine my cravings for chocolate EVER going away... , but at least they do say there is some health benefits to it! For snacks today I had strawberries dipped in WW vanila yogurt and dry Lucky Charms. Cereal often cures my sweet cravings and it usually has a lot of vitamins in it.

If you can get past the craving, you will find it goes away completely. I love candy and sweets, but I have been on a healthy eating food plan for 128 days. I have eaten no candy and I no longer want any.
I had a Kellogs cereal bar, watermelon and 5 Pringles.
I'm craving candy something terrible, but I have none in the house, thank goodness. The sweetness of the watermelon helped with the craving somewhat, though I'd still love to have a box of Willy Wonka Runts, right now!
