I like Friday or Saturday morning best. I would say it's up to each person, but if you're like me, and cheat a little on the weekend, don't weigh-in on Mondays. Monday's are already the worst day of the week, no need to add another reason..LOL

I'm part of a weight loss challenge and they weigh-in on Thursday and it has been working amazingly well for me! I don't give in or give up on weekends anymore because I am either pumped after a good weigh-in or raring to go and prove myself after a bad weigh-in.
Other than that, any day is good. Just ensure that each weigh-in should be similar as far as timing, attire etc are concerned. And try to weigh in the first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

I weigh in on Sunday mornings because it helps me keep my weekend eating in check. In the past Fridays and Saturdays were my eat and drink whatever the heck I want to days (cocktails with the girls which would lead to high calorie/fat foods) but now since I know I have to weigh in on Sunday I make sure to make healthy choices.

This is my first full week on this website. I think I am going to weight in on Monday mornings. This weekend didn't go so well on the diet. We were on vacation and although I did a lot of walking, I ate a ton! We went out to eat every meal for three days. I hope that I can fix this problem for next weekend. If anyone has some tips, please let me know.

I like to weigh myself Friday mornings as I will usually be at my lightest then and this gives me more incentive not to eat too much over the weekend because I want to keep that low number on the scale.

I think Monday mornings are a more realistic time to weigh in. Sometimes people get distracted over weekends and make unhealthy decisions so getting your weight over weekend could be inaccurate!

I always used to weigh in on a Friday morning, being strategic because that would usually give me the lightest reading (having generally been "a good girl" all week, with the last weekend's treats far behind).

Now I weigh in on a Monday, which is kind of the "worst" day for me since I tend to have some alcohol and a couple of treat-meals over the weekend and there's usually a hangover effect from that on Monday! For example, I can be reasonably sure that if I weigh myself this evening I will be 1-2lbs lighter than the scale said this time yesterday.

But really, it doesn't matter. As long as you weigh yourself weekly and pay attention to the overall trends - and ideally, take some measurements too! - that tells you what you need to know. The actual numbers aren't important, it's the general downward trend that you're really looking for!

I weight in on Thursdays - I figure any damage I may have done on the weekend will be repaired, with an additional loss.
Truthfully, I don't think it matters - it's just my own mind game to keep myself from being discouraged.

It doesn't matter, but I do recommend that you choose one day and stick with it. Weighing too frequently can lead some members to frustration since it isn't unusual for your weight to vary from day to day, even in the course of the day.
