Congratulations! My calves are my trouble spot too. I do like to store weight there, so I completely understand your frustration. Like they said, as we lose weight things will eventually balance out all over.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far!

Our bodies gain and lose fat where they want (rather than where WE want), and there's not really a way to "target" a specific area. Continuing to lose weight will take it off all over, and eventually the places where you want it to come from.

Just keep it up!

Trouble zones soon fall into line.

We cannot choose where fat is taken from on our body. Doing calf work won't draw more fat from the calves. Fat supply for muscle working doesn't work like that.

So just keep up a healthy diet and regular exercise and eventually they'll catch up!

So i started out weighing 220 lbs I'm 5'7 i now weigh 192.8lbs and i workout about 5 times a week. I have noticed big changes everywhere on my body.. but my calf's :( They are large and I absolutely hate the fact they are not getting any smaller.. I been walking on the treadmill about 4 mph for an 1 hour every time i workout.. Is this the cause of my calfs still being large? What cardio can i do to slim them? I'm frustrated about this please help!!!
