Some weeks are like that. You just have to feel good about the best you can do. Hang in there.

This week has been rough. My little sister went into labor last week and threw my good eating habits all off track; my exercise has been thrown off too. But I went shopping for Prom Dresses yesterday and I did lots of walking. Then went roller skating last night and even some bowling. So there was some movement that went along with the poor eating. I plan on having another busy day; but I'm going to remain active so I won't feel like I wasted an entire day. Then Monday morning...back to the drawing board.
