I make a recipe with angel hair pasta, sun dried tomatoes and basil tomato feta cheese. It is delicious. I just cut up two or three tomatoes so it's not too much salt.

Chop them up and put them and some cheese in bread dough! Not on top though, or they burn. I learned that the hard way. :P

Earlier today I saw a recipe for sundried tomato cheesecake! It's more of an appetizer than a dessert. Nummy.

You can toss them in your salad. I also put them into polenta, rice, pasta sauce or stuff some chicken with a bit of spinach, cheese and some sundried tomatoes. You can top your fish or chicken with them or add to a pan sauce. You could probably stirfry with them, I'd just toss them in at the very end. Were these dried or in oil? You need to rehydrate dehydrated tomatoes in some boiling water for about 15-30 minutes unless you're going to buzz them up fine in a blender (think powder or tiny chunks as in Italian dressing...I use my magic bullet) and toss into a salad dressing or sauce. The possibilities are endless. Hope this helps.

I found a green bean and garlic stirfry recipe, thought instead of the salt i would add some sundried tomatoes. They burnt to a crisp within minutes, resembling bacon. Just looking for recipes or ideas of what to do with sundried tomatoes? emoticon
