I am at my goal weight; I maintain between 120-125.

My official goal is 145, as that is the highest weight for my height in the "normal" BMI range. Once I get there, I'll rethink my goals and maybe adjust the number downward depending on how I feel and how cooperative my body is.

A while back, I was successful at getting down to 115, but it was a TON of work to stay there - so much (too much!) exercise and watching every morsel of food. I don't want to go down that road again. My current situation just proves that it wasn't sustainable. Besides, two babies later and over age 40, I don't even think it would be possible to get that low again.

I'm hoping/trusting that if I just keep eating clean my body will find a place it likes that allows the occasional indulgence without huge fluctuations on the scale.

I thought I wanted to be at 125-130, but my body is doing pretty well at maintaining around 140-145, and I think I look fantastic here, so maybe that's just my "natural" weight!

I am 6'. I want to get to 220. I have some muscle, so I think that might be a good weight. I'm getting there. :-)

I started at 250 and am now down to 219. Great progress but still a ways to go.

At 5'2", my goal was/is 110, which I achieved awhile back (Thanksgiving), but now I've gone up 3# since I started exercising/walking. Despite the small gain, I feel better and think my clothes may be fitting a bit better, too. It's hard because we are so conditioned to think in terms of numbers, but I'm trying to focus on how I'm feeling, how my clothes are fitting, etc. My close friend who has always been athletic keeps reminding me to stick with my exercise routine despite the small weight gain as the benefits are huge! So I'm trying to stay positive and not get discouraged! :)

Mine's 105-110 lbs. I've already reached my goal weight but have recently fell into some bad habits agains so I'm working a losing a few pounds again and reaching the middle of my goal weight range again.

I'm 5'2 with a small frame. My body fat percentage is around 18%. I don't really care about the number on the scale, it's just a reference. I do a lot of strength training so scale weight is a poor indication of my progress. Body fat percentage gives me a better picture of where I'm at but I don't have the tools or experience to test it regularly or get an accurate read.

Maybe around 130, I'm not sure. I want a very low body fat %, but I'm 5'8" so I don't think my weight will ever be super low.

95 pounds. I'm 5'1/2",with very small bones. I'm 99 now which is ok, but it needs to be firmer.

I didn't want to reach a specific weight. I wanted to reduce my cholesterol level and blood pressure. Just feel healthier, stronger, peppier. Portion control, exercise, journaling. That was the perfect combination for me. Reduced my cholesteerol, blood pressure, and the pounds too. That was the perk.
Oh, I forget the title, Weight. Today I weigh 124.4. Down from 164 and only 5'3". From a size 12-14 to a 4, 6, or 8....depends on the brand.

i originally wanted to get to 132 lbs which i did achieve now i back to 140. being 140 doesnt bother me cos i fit nicely into the size clothes i wanted to fit into so i'm happy.
