I’m a 29 year old mother of 2 kiddos (2 years and 3 months) and I work full time. My husband works full time while going back to school for his second degree. We are BUSY. Needless to say, being a very busy mom, I’m exhausted leaving little time or motivation for losing the rest of this baby weight.
I need it though!! I want to get this weight off, fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes comfortably and just feel better! I want to be healthy going into my 30’s in about a month!!
I’m currently about 132# with a goal weight of 115# (my comfort weight). I was 129# pre-pregnancy, so I’m close to that, but still have quite a ways to go to reach my goal.
My health interests are wide. For exercise I enjoy running the most, but haven’t really gotten back into it due to lack of time, exhaustion & my son hating his car seat yet (which fits into our jogger). I really want to be back to running 5K & 10K’s by the spring and hope to do my first half marathon next summer…maybe even a full. Otherwise I really enjoy most activity. I have a passion for yoga, but haven’t been able to attend our local classes since having my daughter just over 2 years ago.
Nutritionally speaking, I love food! I love preparing food and I love eating it! I have a sweet tooth which gets me in trouble! I can’t say no when it’s in our home!! I’ve had little time for cooking the meals I’d like to see presented at our dinner table so we’ve leaned more towards quick foods (not much processed though!).
Overall, I’m basically just looking for someone to check in with. I’m up for just checking in most days or even friendly (healthy!) weight loss competition if you’re roughly my size with similar goals! Feel free to send me a message if you’re interested.
