Do you have to do the body test everyday or are you able to skip that? It is recommended to weigh yourself no more than once a week because when you do it daily, you see more of normal fluctuations rather than actual weight loss. If you do the body test everyday and get weighed, you may just need to remember that you may see those types of fluctuations and not let them get to you as you see those (generally a person can fluctuate about 5 pounds +/- each day).

I have a question............Wii Fit if you do the Body Test gives you your weight every day. It is recommended to only check weight once a week. What should I do?
