Well, I do expect numbers, guess I am programmed for that and no I did not measure my waist and hips, etc. when I started. In two weeks I've dropped 2 pounds. I feel great but given that I am burning 300 to 800 calories a day I think I am expecting more actual pound lose, but I will accept it as good health and move on. Thanks to Sparkpeople for giving me direction right now.
