Sh*t on a Shíngle is what my 1st (late) husband called it. I'm sure it probably has a more respectable name but I don't know what it is. Now how to make it, tho I loved it very much. Here's what I do remember, it had ground beef Browned, mixed 2gether with hasbrowns, or some sort of potatoes and was all cooked together & at end a sort of gravy was made by adding flour & water/milk to mix. Then put over a piece of toast. There were other ingredients but that's all I recall. Would like to have this again. Any recipes that seem to fit this would be appreciated.
