I don't think the previous link is working, so here is a new one. I'd love to have you join me.

OK, I've just started a team for this. Not much information there yet as I'm still figuring it out, but you are free to join. We will be using the two links I've mentioned in the first post as our guides.

Beginner or intermediate - who knows where this will lead us?

Let's get walking!

I will do the intermediate challenge. Thanks for the welcome! Just last night my husband and I were talking about how the arthritis in my feet would benefit from consistant walking. I walk to the Y several times a week where I exercise in the water and do strength training and cardio on a bike, eliptical or treadmill.

Is this a team? If not, it should be!

emoticon Yes, Sassy-the site works. I'm still curious how to track this...just add it to the daily fitness?

Anyone want to join me in a challenge to improve their walking?

There are two good plans on the site one for beginners and also one for those who are intermediate I'm starting the second one today, but I'd love it if anyone would like to join me for encouragement and enthusiasm. I'll be writing more on my blog later, but in the meantime the two resources are here

Each takes 12 weeks, but it's important to take it at your own pace.

Best foot forward. Let's get WALKING
