I will do the intermediate challenge. Thanks for the welcome! Just last night my husband and I were talking about how the arthritis in my feet would benefit from consistant walking. I walk to the Y several times a week where I exercise in the water and do strength training and cardio on a bike, eliptical or treadmill.
Anyone want to join me in a challenge to improve their walking?
There are two good plans on the site one for beginners and also one for those who are intermediate I'm starting the second one today, but I'd love it if anyone would like to join me for encouragement and enthusiasm.
