I have been with out pop for about 3 weeks now and it feels good....however i had a couple sips of 7up because my stomach was upset and that tasted so nasty I couldnt do it. so I just drink my water....

Don't you wish you could just capture that feeling in a bottle, and pull it out everytime you're feeling unmotivated, discouraged, etc.?

One week in, have stopped all pop, feel good, more energy. Today was my long day at work, but not as pooped as usual. Bummed because I cannot walk after a day like today, need a partial knee - so it is just some stretches and non-aerobic exercise. Also tried meditating once or twice a day - clears the mind. emoticon
