CONGRATULATIONS!! Yes, it can be done! Hang on to this feeling- remember it, throughout your journey. It will help tremendously when you reach a plateau- we all reach it at some point, and focusing on the successes can help carry you through it.

Great job. I haven't lost 10 yet, this time around, but I am getting close. I am trying to focus on how I FEEL more than my weight loss but it is tough not to let the scale be the Master of the Universe. LOL.

I have lost 10 lbs! WOOHOO! What motivation, I feel I can truly meet my goal, I was very skeptical at first because it has been so long since I have lost weight. It can be done! emoticon emoticon emoticon
