nutritiondata.self.com has a drop down menu under 'tools' for a 'nutrient search' that scans a database and lists the foods for the nutrient you choose.

For example, this is what you see for zinc:

For an extensive listing for each nutrient go to the USDA food database:
ndb.nal.usda.gov/

Click "nutrient lists" in the box on the left.
Select the nutrient you want "by amount"

What foods are best for adding Vit B12, Zinc, and Folate in the diet? Any ideas of what they might be or how I can obtain a list of them?
