Congratulations, we also just got back from a vacation and were able to maintain our weight fairly well also. It feels good when the lifestyle change takes over in all areas of you life, even when you are not in your normal routine.

I was on vacation for the past 2 weeks, and went to a lot of extra effort to stay on track. I packed and made healthy food (which I got to share with friends and family), I worked out in the hotel, I made extra efforts to be active while camping...and...when I was weighed and measured today I had lost 5.7 lbs of body fat DURING MY VACATION!!! WOO HOOOOO!
