I had my three month appointment and it went well. I lost another pound which she was pleased with. I wish it was more but I am working on it. My A1C was 6.2 which she was also happy with. I currently weigh 154...and my goal weight that I want to get to 135. I walk almost everyday for at least 20-25 minutes, depending where on the campground (which is where I walk since it is almost 2 miles. I can walk 30 minutes depending on where I walk too. I want to make a goal of walking up to 45 minutes. In this heat, though, I usually walk 15 minutes and usually after the sun is going down. I am also planning on getting a treadmill soon.
I go back in three months for my next appointment.
