My best friend just had twins 2 months ago after having fertility issues for 10 years. They are a blessing for sure! They are also time consuming, lol. I have 3 kids myself and work in daycare with 12 one year olds all day. I have found that taking a day to plan meals for the week works best for me, time wise. I also really enjoy all the crock pot meal ideas in the recipe section. I throw everything in the crock pot the night before, stick it in the fridge, then set it to cooking before I leave for work in the morning. If it is a meal that requires side items, I make sure they are quick to cook and just make them when I get home. After a few days of planned meals, we usually have a "leftover" night so the food does not go to waste. I'm not sure of the ages of your children but maybe they can "exercise" with you. Wow you sound like you have your hands full! I stopped at 2 back to back boys. I definitely don't have time still either but frankly there is just other stuff not getting done while I put my fitness first. It feels good.... but I'm only 8 days into it so I can't really stand on a soap box

I have two sets of twin and one single kid in the middle. I work from 7:45 and don't get home till 5 . When I get home I have to clean and get my clothes ready for tomorrow by the time I am done I am exhausted. Its hard to find time to even cook meals but I have been drinking lots of water and try to do exercises as often as possible.. I just started working a month ago so I hope soon it pays off. Will keep you posted
