I just finished do the 30 minute Turbo Fire. I really love the variety, and the intensity of Turbo Fire. You have the option to view the break down of the workout, or go straight to the regular version. You will not be disappointed.

I have a question for you KCLARK89 (or anyone else familiar with the program). I like Chalene's personality and her abilit to "call" the moves during a routine -- and have tried the "Firestarter" routine of the TurboFire program and like that a lot. However, I have big problems doing some of those kicks, particularly kicks to the side and back. I am 58 years old and never expect to master them -- and she doesn't present modifications for those moves.

What proportion (percentage) of TurboFire are those kicks? If I can't do half the routine, it doesn't seem worth paying for. But if those kicks are rare in the TurboFire program, it might be worth my money to buy.

What do exprienced Turbo Fire users think?

First of all, I love Chalene, and I did Turbo Fire AND ChaLEAN Extreme which is more focused on ST. But in Turbo, there are workouts where you use resistance bands and the thigh toner as well to do ST routines, so you get benefits from both.

Definitely recommend!

But just so you know too; the longest workout there is 55 minutes, so be prepared for that :)

Nah, no one *needs* a gym, so it's good you're working on that. :)

My friend really enjoyed Turbofire, so maybe it'll be a good program for you!

I also do 30 minutes of weights (upper & lower body) 3 times a week. I don't have the money to go work out in a gym, and winter around here in Wisconsin gets to cold to continue riding my bike, which I do about 10 miles twice a week. So I saw Turbo Fire and thought it looked good for winter work outs.

Thank you for the input :)

I've never done it, but a friend of mine did it, and loved it, and certainly had the pictures to prove its effectiveness. :)

You mention cardio, but are you strength training?

I've been biking and working on the treadmill. I also do some other cardio videos, but I'm looking for something more intense for winter workouts when to cold to go outside. Has anyone had any success with it?
