Hello, I'm new to spark too. I've been tracking my food/water intake for 5 days and I'm amazed how great Sparkpeople is. There is sooooo much info here which makes keeping track of food intake easy. Good Luck on your journey

HI Summer - i just started too. Taking it one meal at a time right now, and tyring to track everything. So far this has been the best site I've seen or tried for weight loss. I am more motivated than when I did WW, and several other diet programs.

Have you started any exercise yet? I'm almost a week in, and I plan to start 10 - 15 minutes a day ( I use the Wi Fit). If you would like a buddy, just add me as a spark friend.

Woohoo! Hello Summer! Only 3 bits of advice, track every single thing you eat, don't go above your calorie limit each day and exercise at LEAST 30 minutes 4 times a week!

Hello everyone I'm just getting started.Still trying to learn how to use this website and everything.I have taken a couple positive steps,I started a food journal to help me keep track of how I'm eating and I've been drinking more water.I know there is more I need to do but it's a start.Looking forward to getting to know everyone :-) and making progress.
