I can relate to your feeling this morning I realized one of the factors that is leading to success for me now is that determination to lead a healthier life that it was never about losing the weight but being happy with who I am.

You sound just like me!! I lose my motivation so easy. *sigh* I just joined SP and I am determined to get back to exercising and eating right!! I have about 20 lbs to lose but getting off the sofa seems to be my biggest hurdle right now.....IDK why either. As I fall asleep at night, I feel so motivated to make a change the next day, then here I lay on the sofa with my laptop only "looking" at fitness options and collecting healthy recipes. It's time to start using my collections!!!

Hi Rosie, Welcome to SP! This is a great site with everything you need to keep you motivated and active. You will find lots of support from fellow members who are helpful and supportive. Participating on your Spark Teams is a good way to be accountable not to mention the best way to make Spark friends.

I'm 40 years old and have always had a problem with my weight. I start to exercise and eat better and begin feeling better. I tell myself, why would I ever stop doing this, I feel great! But something happens and I get derailed. I am hoping this time will be different. I think this site will help if I keep using it. It really helps to be able to put down my feelings and not be judged. It also helps to read others post and see that I am not alone. This site IS a great idea, I love it.
