YGross, and sorry if this is TMI. It's quite a list of food that I can't eat without problems like burping it up the rest of the day, know what I mean? I also have trouble with the 100-calorie Thomas English Muffins. How screwy!
You know, I had a feeling maybe this could require seeing a doctor. I think I may need to change mine, because he never seems very concerned about my complaints (LOL!). He is a good guy, but not really in tune with me.

I would suggest seeing a doctor about this and give him a list of all the foods that bother you and what symptoms exactly that each one does.
If it is just bloating or gas from eating the veggies, it might just be your body getting used to having fiber in it. (I was gassier at first) But if other foods and meats also are bothering, then you need to see a doctor.
I have read in several places that eating a tablespoon or two of nuts in between meals can help curb hunger. Also, eating fiberous veggies and foods can help fill you up.
So - I love my veggies, don't get me wrong! But, my veggies do not love me. I feel horrible (have trouble digesting) after eating a variety of vegetables, from broccoli to cucumbers, to onions. I also don't tolerate beef very well, celery, popcorn, or nuts of any kind. I am starting to wonder what the heck is wrong with me!
What can I do to change this? I really love veggies, especially, but it's tough when I can't eat a salad normally without feeling so cruddy afterward.
