It's another one of my best fitness investment that I purchased. It's actually the second Bowflex equipment that I own. I have been putting it to use these pass few days. I've made a commitment to use it several times a week along with my other exercises. This year I'm certainly changing up the exercise. I don't want my body to get use to a routine. My spouse is starting to use it now.

I use the one at the Y. I couldn't afford one myself, but would love to have one!

I am so envious...........WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ONE. I know this lady I have known for years who has one in her home with clothes hanging on it. I told her hubby I was willing to buy it. I was told it was not for sale. Now this last November clothes were still hanging on it.

I started using the treadclimber and have noticed by abdomen feels like I have done a hundred sit-ups. I imagine this is normal but I was just wondering. I did a 30 minute workout and feel great afterwards.

We have one and it is a great workout once you get used to being able to use it correctly. Hold on to the handles for better balance when you first strat out and once you are used to walking evenly, go without using the handles. It really is great.

I have a TreadClimber and it's a great machine. I strongly suggest that you start out slow and view the disc that comes with it. So you will not injury yourself. It takes a few uses to get the hang of it. You can use it 3 ways. One is a treadmill (walking only), second a stair stepper, and third the treadclimber. It's a great piece of equipment. I have a picture on my page. It's a lot harder than it looks. It will make you sweat your tail off.

I've used it and it's a good workout.

It's a cross between a treadmill and a stairclimber, although I have never used one.

Does anyone have any experience with the TredClimber? My dh is thinking about purchasing it off of a friend but I've never heard of it before.
