I can easily do this but not on SP. I keep a Spreadsheet - a daily diary of all that I eat for each meal/snack. I also record the calories consumed so far for the day at the end of each meal entry. By doing that then you can use the 'find' function to find what you want.

What you could do is set yourself custom goals.

I use it to track that I eat oily fish at least once a week.

So you could set them up to say whatever you wanted, and tick them every time you ate them, then you can easily access your history for a problem food or something you want to eat more of.

Click on Other Goals
Click Add/Remove Other Goals

that will take you to a page to make new ones to track.

It's a great idea, but no it's not currently possible.

Try reposting this in the Site/Technical Help forum - the SparkCoaches are usually hanging around ready to answer stuff like this there.

Is there a way to "search" within your own records to see how frequently you eat the same food.
I would think it would be
A) a good way to track a good eating well as
B) to track a bad habit of eating the wrong foods too often
