Fitness plans don't automatically show up in your tracker anymore. If you're looking for a plan to follow, you can use our Workout Generator to find one, then click to add it to your tracker. Here's a link:
I've noticed some changes to the fitness tracker since the last time I was using Sparkpeople. I used to be able to have SP create a strength training routine and cardio on my tracker. But now I don't have the option to track those 2 categories anymore. Is there a way that I can have SP create my weight training routines again? Thanks!
