I use Fage 2%. But, disclaimer, I do not eat it by itself or with fruit or anything. I use it as as substitute in cooking for heavy cream, half & half, sour cream, etc.

I like the Oikos by Danone. I eat it for breakfast every day with a cup of fresh fruit and 1/4 cup kashi granola. Easy and yummy.

Greek yogurt has more protein but I'm not crazy about the "thickness". I like store brand fat free plain or vanilla with no sugar. Artificial sweetener ok. Truvia is the most natural. It is not a "sugar substitute", but a natural product which is sweet without having calories.

I like Fage 0%. I buy the large tubs of plain (at Costco or Target) and then sweeten it with either Splenda or a little honey. I enjoy adding granola on top.

I really love Chobani greek yogurt. I do like Fage too but they're never on sale at my local supermarket so I generally go with Chobani. I don't add sweetener to it as it's pretty sweet for my tastes. I do add granola though to give it some oomph (and make it more filling).
I make my own now, which I love, but before that I would prefer Fage or Chobani plain, sweetened with honey and a bit of blueberry syrup.

I eat any yogurt I can get my hands on except Yoplait because of the high fructose corn syrup: Chobani, Stonyfield, Ehrmann, Fage, Voskos, Dannon. Anything Greek is deliciously creamy and packed with protein. I also love the 0% fat ones and Activias for the extra probiotics.
My favorite: the Chobani fat-free or 2% yogurts with fruit. They're a thicker Greek yogurt, really amazingly tasty.

Another vote for plain Greek yogurt. I usually buy Fage 0%, but occasionally I'll get the 2%, or another brand altogether, like Chobani. I recently tried Fresh and Easy's nonfat and it was pretty good. I prefer the plain yogurt because I can then add my own sweetener, fruit, etc. As for sweeteners, I tend to use stevia if I use anything.

I eat plain Fage 0% with raw honey. I hear that if you get the flavored Greek yogurts they have all sorts of weird chemicals in them and it affects the nutrition value.
I like the plain Fage. The 2% kind tastes the best to me. I don't use any sweeteners with it - but I do add fruit and sometimes nuts or seeds.

I vote go with Fage or Oikos, unless you have a local brand that is good. Yoplait's is not real greek yogurt. It is thickened with gelatin. Real greek yogurt is strained, that is what makes it thick and so protein rich. I say experiment with flavours and just make sure you check the labels of the yogurts you are considering.

I like Oikos Greek Yogurt. It is just a taste preference. I don't know if it is more or less healthy to other yogurts.
I don't like any zero calorie sweeteners and would rather use real sugar in moderation. Once again just a preference.

With all of the different types of Greek Yogurt does anyone have any suggestions for the best regarding calories/nutritional value? Also ditto about the calorie free sweeteners: sweet n low, truvia????
