It is a new year and I am not making the resolution to lose weight...instead, I am just ready to change my life. I want to change my eating habits and gain a better understanding of healthy eating.
I am a 34 year old mother who gave birth to twins 8 months ago and unfortunately, I have gained so much weight since having them and the scale seems to be going up. My husband found this website for me because my weight gain and because I am ready for a change!!
I am hoping this is a supportive community that can assist me by giving me tips on healthy eating and exercise to help me in my weight loss journey.
