Tough one for me. is the most helpful for me. Telling myself. "Every meal, every workout is what is going to get me where I want to go". I have fitness goals as well as weightloss goals.

I am always having problems with my friends. Yes my friends are bigger than me I am only 5ft tall and friends are all over 5"7:My friends are my downfall.comparing them to my self is like comparing an ant hill to small mountain. When it to losing weight,

Telling people that I trust about my goals has really helped. They have been so supportive by walking with me or making healthy meals. They even compliment my efforts and results!

Realize that when you get close to or meet your goal weight then the hard part begins! It's much easier to stay motivated to lose weight but oh so difficult to maintain. You can't lose focus. Take things a day at a time but always keep your goal in mind. Set frequent small goals and reward yourself often!

What keeps me motivated is

* to keep my goals active in my thoughts and mind . . . . .

* making a collage depicting the things I want to achieve

* keeping a list of WHY's I want to achieve my goals

* making a list of my nutritional and fitness goals

* keeping it all REAL . . . something that fits MY life
